I don't really know about who she wrote this song to, but everyone's guessing it's for her broke up relationship between her and another Taylor. Man, this song is kinda sad and gives me a wake up call on, don't ever regret after all you've done. If you did, then you will get back to the scene on and on...until when, I don't know.
